Scott Schwarz grew up in Lexington, Nebraska, where he began working at a young age with his family's construction company. After graduating from Lexington High School in 1984, he went on to college and eventually made his home in Bertrand. For 28 years, Scott served as the K–12 Art teacher at Bertrand Community School, where he and his wife, Stacie, raised their two children, Grace and Isaiah. After nearly three decades of teaching, Scott is grateful for the relationships he has built and to be part of a community that has given so much to his family.
Following his retirement from education, Scott wanted to find a new way to continue serving Bertrand and the surrounding area. Real estate offered a natural next chapter, combining his background in construction, creativity, knowledge of the area, and years of working with people. As a Realtor with Clear View Realty, Scott looks forward to assisting clients with buying and selling real estate, Comparative Market Analyses, property marketing, and helping people confidently navigate their real estate decisions.
Scott remains active in the community through the Bertrand Area Community Fund and Bertrand Community Builders. He and Stacie have been married for 36 years, and in his free time he enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and making pizza.
